International boundaries

I ordered 2 box sets of DVDs from DVD MOOSE WEbsite back in Nov2012 - 1set of TV show Ironside & the other TV Series Quincy. Both Products arrived and were obviously "taped from TV" sets. The Ironside set was completely unwatchable ... shows were cut off in mid show or the DVD indicated that I had the wrong kind of disc in the player. When I complained and requested a replacement set of DVd's I sent several e-mails back & forth to someon named Gordon Kennedy who assured me that I could get replacements. I agreed to return the DVD's ONLY when I received the replacements. Obviously I have no replacements and it now appears that I never will. My order number was #4905.

Strange also that my order was charged in US dollars when the company location on My VISA account shows as OAkville ON.
