When I had a landline connected through CenturyLink in November 2011, I was required to have "Mytechhelp" added to my bill, which I was told could be stopped after the first month of service - was required to give a debit/credit card number. I called the following month asking for the "service" to be discontinued; was connected to an obvious Eastern Indian service rep which I couldn't understand what the person was saying. I then sent a letter to the address listed, which was returned "addressee unknown". They have been taking $9.99 a month ever since, even when the phone was disconnected in July 2012. Finally I called the credit card company to file a dispute. If you Google mytechhelp you will find it is a worldwide scam.
