I googled Apple support phone number and this was the first number I saw in the results page and dialed it. After explaining my problem the scumbag on the other end tried to sell me a $249 software coverage plan good for one year. I refused and said I would have to think about it and he kept giving me the hard sell. Something didn't seem right. I asked why I needed to pay for additional coverage he said that Apple Care only covered hardware not software support. These people are complete pieces of (Inappropriate Content Removed)as is the company. They were going to remotely access my computer to sync all my devices I was told. I can imagine what personal information they would try to gather from my various devices were I to give them access. It's a scam and a rip-off do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PIECES OF (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!!!!
