Complaint 212800 Details

I found out about this JustFab.com back in "2011" or at least that was when I first got scammed by them I should say. I ordered a pair of shoes and like everyone else later my card was charged the $39.95 (except my card was a debit card so not knowing about this charge let me say there was alot of overdraft charges) but I went to my bank and I disputed the charge and my bank gave me back my $39.95. Now how they were able to find me and get authorization on a completely different card baffles me. I am now disputing this charge as well but this is a regular credit card so I guess they do things differently the credit card company actually called justfab.com and put us all on a 3 way call when we spoke with someone she was trying to tell me that back in 2011 they were owed a membership fee and that it is posted every where on the site that your card will be charged for the membership. I went crazy back in 2011 there was no such thing. But all she did was go around in circles. Needless to say I had to take it to the next level with my credit card to the fraud dept. At first I was just going to eat it(the $39.95) but the more and more people that I see that are being ripped off I said forget it. I don't know how they get away with what they do. I hate to say its probably because who face and whose name is involved KIMORA SIMMONS. I think if this was just some poor Joe Schmo his a** would be nailed to the wall by now. I don't know I am just so mad I know its only $40.00 but I am a widowed mother of 2 who is taking care of my 2 kids and my terminally ill mother(who has lung and bone cancer) and I can't afford to even let $40.00 slip by nor do I have the time to fight this company to get my money back.
