I checked my checking account on Wednesday and noticed a weird check number and withdrawl from my account for 30.00 since I didn't have money in my account I was charged overdraft fees. I called the company and they were very rude insisting I filled out the application . They kept hanging up on me so I kept calling back. To prove to me that I filled out this so called application the customer service rep in a smart ass tone of voice says well isn't this you social security number? The number she read off wasn't mine neither was the license number or place of employment.So right there tells you something fishy is going on.I told them I wanted my money back that the information they had was not mine. I emailed them a copy of my license and paystub because they didn't believe me.They told me they would have someone look into it. It's been 2 days and I still haven't heard anything back so I keep calling every 15 min. I was told today it is still being investigated . I keep asking for a copy of the application that I supposably filled out and they refuse to give it to me. If it's a legal document that I so called filled out why can't I have a copy of it? If you try calling them them and it's busy or wants to put you into voicemail call right back thats what I keep doing. I figure if I keep calling they will eventually get tired of it.If they have done this to you ask them to verify the inormation they have or you want a copy of the application. Maybe the information is incorrect like mine. With all the complaints against this company and the money they have taken without peoples' consent can't we try to file a civil action law suit against them?????? I also find it funny that this has happen to bunch of people over the last couple days so you are telling me that all of a sudden we all decided to fill out applications with this company yea that doesn't right. Until we can try to figure something to stop these people do what I'm doing keep calling them multiple times a day I'm sure it (Inappropriate Content Removed)them off if anything.
