Jack Johnson- Manager 1800 773 3336. When I was promised a refund no matter what, he said to purchase the 12 bottle offer, as it would be the least expensive. The Marineplankton 5000 gave be a sever reaction, which I discussed with Jack. He asked me to wait to return it and try a different way of taking it, then trying different times of the day, nothing worked. I packaged up the product and sent it Signature Required back to the company. It was received by a CW. Speaking with Jack after confirming the arrival and acceptance of the returned product, he said my refund should be within 10-14 days more. It has not be refunded, and I do not have the unwanted product...and they have MY 599.00. Jack Johnson no longer will take my calls, he sends supervisors to explain the return process, which of course does not apply to this transaction per Jack Johnson. I have messaged him, calls go unanswered, and I am out in the cold. When returning the package I included the letter which re-stated our telephone agreement, which I know is in my file, as a supervisor told me. So...fraud or out and out lying is my complaint. Because I was speaking directly with Jack, I did not feel I would have this issue- but I guess fraud is fraud. My purchase was in Sep2012- but with the many conversations and trying different ways to use the product, this brought it past the 90 day return policy. I was assured this would not be an issue, by Jack. Now he will not return my phone calls, or sends a supervisor to speak with me. Jack Johnson is always " in a meeting", so I cannot speak directly to him. When last we spoke, he assured me the refund would be within 10-14 days...that was more than a month ago. I am patient, polite....but am sitting here without my money and without the product! I need help to solve the fraudulent issue with Jack Johnson @ Marineplankton 5000. 1 800 773 3336. I did not expect to have a problem, but am now asking for help to resolve this fraud.
