I contacted the company because they charged me twice for a "free trial" They told me they would credit my credit card in 7-10 days. Yeah didn't happen. Kept emailing the company to no avail. Contacted the BBB! Got an email today saying they are cutting me a check for the full amount. It will be here in 7-10 days. Sound familiar. We'll see if it happens.
