Fraud Fraud Fraud. They charged me 29.95 and I did not ever receive a 7 day trial or a credit report. Called to request a refund and was told they have a "no refund policy". I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told she is on a "conference call" and I would get a call back. I refused a call back and demanded to speak with someone immediately and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Supervisor came on phone and said even though I did not pass the security questions my free 7 day trial was activated and it was now over and I was charged 29.95 and I was not getting a refund. She said I had to write to the company's president, I asked for a phone number and was told "she did not have one". WTF? I said I did not believe them, they then gave me an email address: [email protected]. They said I could write her and request a refund. Still waiting on a reply.
