This company intentionally runs a craigslist scam. The BBB has 67 craigslist complaints and your site has 377 craigslist complaints.

While searching for an apartment, I had a fraudulent scam that required me to run a credit score through efreescore.com.

I later found out that the home was owned and occupied by a family with no intent to rent it out.
The house was not actually for rent. The sole purpose of their listing was to get people to create an account and run a credit score.

While creating an account, nowhere did it say that I was signing up for a premium paid account and credit score. I do not need an agency to do this for me because I already have this identity protection service with Wells Fargo. From March 30th until now, I have been charged $24.95 once and $29.94 five times without a single receipt informing that I signed up for a paid account or listing the charges. Aside from a few generic emails that went to spam which do not discuss the account or charges, I have no other contact from this company.

When I tried to call, the assistant could not help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but he told me they were all in a meeting. I found this odd as it was 9:00 at night. I asked if they typically had meetings at 9:00 p.m. and he said yes. I asked if I could wait. He said no. I asked if I could get a number to call or a call back; he said no.

I hung up and called again. This time, I was told all supervisors go home at 4:00 p.m. Once again, I had no option to speak with a supervisor.

There was no explanation for the lack of information through email that I created a premium account with a monthly fee. Also, there was no explanation for lack of any receipts.

I believe they pay craigslist scammers to create ads and lead people to making accounts without notifying them of the cost. I did not sign a contract for this service.Because I never received an electronic contract, contract, receipt, or notification, I would like a refund for the intentional lack of transparency for the last six charges for a total of $174.65.
