I purchased a cell phone from this person on Ebay on December 2nd 2012 using buy it now Pay Pal. Next day he indicated that he had a fresh shipment coming in the next 5 days if I could wait. I said OK. The item was shipped on December 10th, 2012 (8 days later). When the item arrived, it was defective. I contacted the seller. After 5 days he agreed to take an even exchange. I mailed the item back on January 5th. It was received by the seller on January 8th 2012. The seller informed me that I need to get the phone back quickly because he was leaving on vacation Jan. 10th and would not be back until January 31st, 2012. On Jan 9th, the seller mailed back to me the same phone I mailed to him, (BROKEN) When I contacted them via email, I received an auto response saying they would be out of the office until 12-31-12 and my message would be returned at that time. I have sent them no less than 3 email messages since January 1st, 2013, called and left 2 voice messages all with no response. Paypal / ebay can no longer help since 45 days have gone by and buyer protection is no longer available. The seller has 14 day refund policy and a one year manufacturer's warranty. I never had a phone that worked for 14 days. By the time this phone was shipped to me, 10 of the days had already gone by from the purchase date. This was a NEW phone, not used equipment. I am being avoided. The original purchase price was $199.95 plus $5.95 shipping. Thanks
