Ordered a free 14 day trial and cancelled within the 14 day trial period allowed. Each and every month they try to process a credit card payment against my account. I had to cancel my debit card and now am getting ready to switch banks to get them to stop charging me erroneously. Beware of this company and product !! I have contacted their customer service, and they are extremely rude, to say the least.
