Same as the previous complain "Oredered flowers for my partner for Valentines Day and they did not arrive. Rang their "customer service" number 3 times and left messages and have just sent my 3rd email to them with no reply. AVOID THESE PEOLE AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE VILE CRIMINALS. If you dont believe me google "Bloomex complaints" and you'll soon see why" .....They are rip offs.
