Ordered Samsung 26 inch TV. Paid through Amazon payments and recieved email the product would be shipped in a couple of days and would be sent a UPS tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. Recieved, NOTHING. After follow up email was told item was out of stock but expected back in inventory by the 21st of Jan and would be shipped out on the same day. Still NOTHING. They refuse to answer email or follow up on customer service calls. This is a rip off company and should be sent to jail for fraud.
