Like other complaints I too was fraudulently relieved of first £1 on 24th December, I hadn't noticed it until they took a further £45 on 7th January. I notified my bank and they refunded £45 to my account but had to cancel my debit card. Fortunately my new card arrived 4 days later. I was asked had I ordered anything from Iceland which I hadn't. I had not ordered a free toothbrush or any other freebies and am still puzzled how this company got my card details.
