I ordered an Indian outfit. Till this day (13 Feb 2013) I haven't received it. It is going to be nearly a year and still Deflair hasn't got back to me. Tonnes of emails sent but no reply. I created a new email and sent an enquiry from there and I got a reply within 24 hours asking if I wanted to place an order. This company is a scam and is so pathetic overall.

- This is total (Inappropriate Content Removed) me and my six sisters we are deflair's customers since past four years they never ever scammed anyone to my knowledge because all the ladies in my family get their cloths from them , and they are worth 3000$ roughly a month, they send our cloths without even getting the payment at times, only a weeks ago i sent them 1500$ , this is totally invalid complaint. did you call them? parcels do get misplaced or lost mine did twice i can't blame them for these kind of things, i will email them about this post and let you know with the answer, to me you seem like a scam!!
