I ordered something from buy3buy and had to pay through ECMCpal. That same night I emailed both companies and informed them that I needed to cancel the order. They were both very nice about it, and said that they could help me with that.. Well, my order from buy3buy was 84.31 and ECMC shows on their website that 84.31 was processed and approved, well in my account they took 87.17. Not only did they take more than I had authorized them to.... but now I can't get a response from them at all. They are ignoring me, wont refund my money... and to top it off... buy3buy hasn't even received my money yet, and ECMC took it out on 2-5-13 after it had been pending.. After they took the money out, I figured okay, whatever, I'll just return it and get my money back, no big deal... but now I can't even do that because ECMC hasn't paid buy3buy what I paid them.. they kept my money and now I'm stuck with no money, and no order! I'm extremely frustrated with this whole situation!!
