The company is the first that the search results when I entered tech support for ASUS. After some discussion where they misrepresented themselves as ASUS they indicated that my laptop was out of warranty (which I later learned it was not) They offered me support service for a fee and I indicated that if service could be performed within a 10 or 20 minute period I would agree. They indicated that they could resolve my issue wihtin that timeframe and proceeded to take my credit card information. I was on hold for over 25 minutes before a tech responded at which time I informed them that I was not pleased with the response time and I no longer wanted their service. They informed me that I had to do so through their billing department. They transferred me where I waited over 30 minutes until I finally learned by calling back that the Billing Dept was not even open. When I called back the next day, I was put through to the Billing Dept again only to be told that they did not handle refunds and I had to speak to someone else. I called the following day again using the phone number that appears on my credit card statement and spoke to someone in Billing. When I requested a refund because I found the service to be poor and unresponsive they informed me that the fee was non-refundable. I told them this was unacceptable and I demanded a refund at which time the rep hung up on me. When I called back a different rep offered me another plan at a lower price because she indicated that I could not get a refund. I agree to the lesser plan but quicky changed my mind when I sensed they were not forthcoming. They went ahead and billed me anyway and insisted there was nothing more to be done. They charged me twice for a service plan and I have not received any service from them.
