I used to enjoy justfab until I recieved shoes that didn't fit and mailed them for a return. They claimed they never recieved my return and refused to refund me or send another size. Fine, they just lost a customer... or so I thought. I cancelled my membership in November. Suprise! I got charged $39.99 in December. I called again (and waited on the phone for 45 minutes) The CS agent told me she did not show anywhere I had cancelled. I demanded a refund and asked again for her to cancel my account. She promised me 100% that my account was canceled. Here comes January... I got charged again. AGAIN, I called and tried to dispute the claim and AGAIN they told me they had no record of me cancelling my account. I asked the representatives name, asked her to cancel my account AGAIN and asked for a confirmation #. SUPRISE, I got charged AGAIN this month. I tried 4 times to call customer service and was on hold for 45 or more minutes each time, then I was hung up on!!! Absolutely absurd. How can a company keep doing this?
