i was looking for a loan and i was working with a Joe Bielski III from commercial Financing /leasing who was working with a mr Frank Duvall from Duvall Finanacial& Marketing Services when i was sent to mr Dallin Hawkins from Integrity Financial Group who said we had the loan but needed to pay a percent of the loan fees he sent me the proposal and after sending him the money i got the run around then i rec a email from a Tamera McClaughin who had rec a email from a Brian who had been working with Joe Saying she better clear the paper trail and so on. so after i confronted Mr Hawkins with all this he said that he would refund only 5000.00 of my 15,000 that i paid to him . he said the 10,000 was for a letter that he sent on our behalf to the person that we were purchasing the piece of equipment from.and he said that he would be sending us the 5000.00 and never did . please see the attachments for more info
