I signed up for an account on the site because it was required to purchase things. I purchased the bag i wanted and attempted to cancel my account. I kept trying and trying to cancel it but all my calls weren't going through. They kept telling me they were busy every time i called till the date i was charged a fee for just having the account. *the only way to cancel is by phone call*
