I bought a purse from them and joined club.I It seemed like fun. I think it was just maybe in December. I have since then received a few emails making suggestions for things I might want to order. I have opted and it has until this month, worked. I was looking at my bank statement and noted that they had charged me $39.99 even though I opted out of purchasing anything. I want to get my money refunded and cancel my membership but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I can't wear their shoes anyway because they're not leather. I'm sure there are people satisfied with this service but I just don't appreciate being charged for something I opted out of according to THEIR policy!! The only answer I got was when I complained on their facebook page and was told the same crap they say at their site. They also stated that unless I received a corresponding email telling me that my opt out was accepted. This is the first time I heard of that.
