Sent for trial teeth whitener in Dec 2012. Received but was also sent a complete treatment . I assumed when I cancelled my account within a few minutes of signing up for the free trial I was cancelling Bella Brite not having realized that the trials were coming from 2 separate companies, namely Hydra White and Bella Brite. Hydra white then took approc $80 from my bank account as well as the trial amount for postage. Sent a couple of emails and phoned Hydra White and eventually received a message saying I could return the Complete Course and would have a refund. I sent the package well wrapped and now, a month later, I have asked where is my refund and they say they have not received the package. I have sent an email today and accused them of conning people. They ask for a tracking number which I don't have. Please people be very wary of this company. The woman to whom I spoke wasn't helpful so gav up trying to get any sense out of her after a 9 minute phone call. I am situated in the UK so am not prepared to bear the cost of another international phone call. BEWARE OF HYDRA WHITE
