Here are the e-mails that I have received.

Hello Marsha,

I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and it is now with your local carrier. It should arrive within a 3-5 working days. It will arrive with the postal system (USPS).

We were billed nearly $18 for taxes & duties and therefore you will not be charged anything when it is delivered.

NOTE: They will not just leave the package in your mailbox, they require a Signature to deliver. Perhaps someone was not home to sign. So please double check and make sure you don't have any packages waiting at your Post Office. Sometimes they forget to leave those Notice Cards on the door.

Still waiting on my package. Will I be receiving this or do I need to report this company and or go to the police to fill out a report.
My bank informed me that I should fill out a police report.

First of all, thank you for your order.

As stated on our website and during checkout process, all orders take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

First, the order is PROCESSED, PACKAGED and SHIPPED which takes 5-7 days (all orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers). At this point we mark the order as COMPLETE on the website.

Then the package takes another 1-3 weeks in the air before it is DELIVERED (total transit time depends on your country and city).

All orders are shipped via SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL and unfortunately this service does not have a tracking number. Although it is a great, cost effective service that allows us to offer you FREE SHIPPING.

In the end, your order is on schedule and will arrive within the 2-4 week time frame.

  • It's obvious that they have been copying and pasting their e-mails, including the one that states they will be tracing the lost packages. It must be quite a regular thing for them.
