On May 1, 2011 I received a call from Superior Marketing Group. I talked to JOHN WILLIAMS he said he is the coach. They are the one who provides TV advertising for my website that Streamline Online provided. John said, “Congratulation that I am now Amazon associates and to better help my business they offer to do TV advertising to create traffic to my website and to generate sales. John Williams they charge one time fee of $18,000 for 80,000 – 90,000 customers guaranteed but to give it to me for 1/2 price of $9,000 I said I don't have that money on my visa. I have a limit of $4,000 he put me on hold to speak to the owner and he said the owner agreed but I have to promise to send them a Christmas card on Christmas Day. So, I said sure. I told him wait a minute, how do I know that you are legit and this is not a scam? He said Amazon is multi Billion Company and if I want to I can just simply call VISA to reverse the sale. He said congratulation and I will now email you something so check it out. I open my email while John is on the phone and I told him that I'm reading the condition. “He asked do you see a yellow tab saying click here?” I said, “Yes” and he said, “ Click that.” I said, “there's a document that pop up on a new windows and it has a fake signature on it.” He said, click on it.” I said, “wait I’m still reading the condition.” He said, “don’t worry about that and you can have that later on.” He said, “Clicked adapt and I just did what he told me.” I was a tricked. I asked, “ How can I read and go back to the condition?” and he said it's in the email. He put me on hold and passed me to Karah to verify the account and passed me to John. John congratulated me again and says he will keep in touch. He also asked me to call this # 1800-961-6583 I said, “what will I say?” He said “Tell them that you just bought an advertising and you want to know how to make changes in your website” and I just did that and talked to Patrick but I didn't know that the number I called was Streamline Online (online website maker). After I hang up the phone, I was more confused to what just happened. I have more questions like how can I know what the advertising look like? What channel they are going to air it? Does it guarantee a sale? Are they going to email me something or am I going to receive it by mail? I called them on May 3,2011 but they did not answer so I got worried. I called my Visa company they said they can't revise the sales and to give VISA a call within 15 days if the merchant did not provide the service. I called and left a message to John William on the same day (he gave me his personal line he said, 1-888-571-5190) but the person who called me back is Patrick. I told him that I want to cancel the service because my husband was upset about me signing up and I don't have an actual store. I am just a link to amazon.com and 4% commission is not enough to pay my visa on time and I don't have that cash on hand to pay it up. My husband told me that he sound like he’s from Arizona and it’s a scam. He said, “ I’ll bet, they will not air it in Canada and they will air it in the U.S. and then how are you going to see it? ” So, I just asked Patrick if the Ads are airing it in Canada or Arizona? He said, “ it’s not in Canada it's going to run in the U.S. and I said, “ How do I know that it's running? And is it running now? And what kind of commercial ads? Send me something what the commercial looks like? Because I have no clue what it looks like.” I told him, John Williams lied to me and did not tell me that they are going to air My advertising in Arizona and If he told me about it I will not agree to it. I did not know that you guys are from Phoenix Arizona. I thought that you guys are from Canada. John purposely left out a lot of the details. In a way he kind of tricked me to have Business with him, without telling me the whole truth. I'm so stupid that I fall for the trick. And I learned my lesson. But Patrick said, “ Sorry, but the advertising is not refundable and it’s not our fault that you did not discuss it to your husband.(without empathy) You reserved a time slot for the TV ads and it’s looking fantastic it’s all set and it’s airing already. I asked, in Canada? He said no it’s in Arizona. I said, John did not tell me that if he did, I would not agree at all. His response is, well, sorry it’s not refundable because we already reserved the time slot for you and that’s what you paid for and we don’t have that money. It’s kind of useless for me to reason with him and he will not give my money back so, I said, “give me a copy of my website T.V. commercials? What Channel? Where and when are you going to air it? He’s giving me this excuses that it’s on its way and He can’t send me that right away because it needs clearance and signature blah, blah. (Right there he’s outright lying to me because he said earlier it’s looking good and it’s up and running) but he can’t show a proof. I did not received anything from them. Now, visa company is fighting it and Superior Marketing Group,LLC send them some prof that I accepted the Ducu sign that John tricked me into clicking it. I hope I will win this case. My only mistakes is I'm stupid enough to trust them. So, IF SOMEONE CALLED YOU ABOUT MAKING MORE MONEY JUST SAY NO THANKS AND HANG UP THE PHONE DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE ME.
