I was contacted by Anthony Martin of Superior Marketing Group LLC on January 25, 2012 to launch a TV advertising campaign to promote our Amazon.com affiliate website. I was told this investment would receive sales in the $2,000 - $4,000 range on a monthly basis and that this was 100% guaranteed if he had a 100% commitment on my part.

I paid $10,000 for television air time (200 - 30 second slots) to be played on A & E,
Lifetime, ESPN and History Channel as "prime time filler spots". The production of the commercial was FREE.

So far there have been 0 sales in 7 months and 4,533 "hits" have been made to our website. This means there have been a 0% conversion from hits to sales. The industry standard, I believe, is 1 - 3 % conversion.

Let me put it like this: If 4,533 people walked into a retail store that sold just
about anything you could imagine (Amazon.com) and 4,533 people walked out without buying anything - wouldn't you think something was wrong?

On February 2, 2012 and again on July 12, 2012 I sent emails to Superior Marketing Group LLC requesting a refund of $10,000.

On July 10, 2012 I filed a complaint case with the Consumer Complaint Agency,Case #173583009. The outcome of this case: "The party/organization has been officially censured by the CCA and a negative resignation has been filed in permanent CCA records."

On July 16, 2012 I send a certified, return receipt letter to Superior Marketing
Group LLC requesting the Itinerary (time slot/channel) for which this commercial
has played. They emailed me a report dated from 2/29/2012 to 3/11/2012 showing dates and channels only. The total number of time slots used: 200. So, as I read the report they claim to have advertised the commercial 200 times in 19 day period. It was supposed to be a one year campaign!

On July 24, 2012 I spoke with Ron Quarrels, QA. Mr. Quarrels said that the advertisement is still running. He also said that "Finance" is not going to issue a refund at this time because it is too early in the campaign to say what the progress is.

On August 9, 2012 I again spoke with Ron Quarrels and requested more recent
Itineraries so that I can indeed see if the ad is still running. I asked him to have
"Finance" send me their denial letter for a refund in writing. He refused to do
that stating again that it is still too early and would like to wait until one month
before the campaign is over (which would make it January 2013).

I believe that this company is a sham. I think that all the "hits" that they claim the ad has generated have been fakes (4,533 hits and no sales!) I want my $10,000 refunded!
