I ordered a free wireless phone with contract
for free 250 mins of calling time and 250 free texts for security reasons, as I am elderly, and have no mobile. When it arrived, I tried a test call, and it says I have to buy minutes to use it. They have my social number. I dont have the money to buy minutes, thats why I ordered the phone.
