the amount is just to get this to file. we are not sure how much she has put in her pocket.this person is running a charity, collecting funds without a 501 c. she is also cyber squatting,and miss using trademark,and copyrights. she has filed none of the paperwork to do what she is doing. i have checked. she cant,when asked, produce any financial records, to show where the money is going.she is also using another charities trademarked name for this activity, in which she has been served 2 c& d's to stop doing so. her fund is fallen riders worldwide memorial.

- she is also on disability, and should not be getting these benfitis ,if she is running a charity.

- This complaint is valid by Chris Nice. Chris Nice has the Trademark for Fallen Riders Memorial Fund. Dawn Lazzini has stolen and is using his trademarked name and just changed one word but it still looks similar and is confusing to people. Dawn Lazzini is also claiming to be a Non-Profit organization and she does not have a 501c3 By the Federal Department of Justice. She has been taking monies from people and claiming to be giving to the families of the fallen riders when in fact she has kept all the monies for herself. She uses "Biker Blood Money To Profit Personally" Do not give any money to this person as she can not provide you with a Donation letter for your taxes as charitable fund. Dawn Lazzini should be ashamed of herself for taking monies from unsuspecting people off of Facebook and the internet. You have been warned.

I also know for a fact after research that Dawn Lazzini, has plagiarized artwork, trademarks & logo of Chris Nice's organization. Dawn is not registered with the federal government for trademark, or company name, as well has does not operate under a FEIN. She does not hold a 501c3. She asked me to help her apply for one in the summer of 2012, saying she didn't know how to apply herself, then I researched & found she has been telling others way back in 2010 she had applied for said 501c3. She is posting all over the internet photos of letters she has made up from the federal government stating she was granted her charitable organization's 501c3. Dawn is manipulative, and has many followers who believe she is the founder with copyrighted material, when in fact she is a devout fraud at everything she does. She does not ask for donations for her products, she sells everything. She has had friends or herself under one of her many online profiles, start a fundraiser for her to pay an attorney to defend her. After I referred her to several attorney's, I later found out they will not take her cases because of her lies as they also investigated her claims to her credibility. I tried to help her several times pro-bono and each lie I found out, was another lie she backed it up with. She collects SSDI & while you are collecting SSDI, you are not allowed to hold a job without filing income tax. Whatever monies you make, deducts from your SSDI payment so the only way to make money is to not report earnings to the IRS, which she has not been doing. BUYER BEWARE!!
