Ordered complete box set of Dark Shadows for Christmas present. Never received product. Email them several times. Kept getting apologetic answers but never received the product. They won't refund the money. They said to let them know when I receive it & they'll make arrangements to refund. It's been 9 weeks now. Unfortunately my bank cannot recoup the funds because the company does not exist. It's a fake company out of Canada that took people's money.
