I did a survey through Costco. I was offered a free reward after completing the survey. All that I was suppose to pay was for shipping, which was $5.95. After the kit arrived I was charged an extra $ 139.95 to my credit card. The "Free" reward cost me an extra $ 139.95. This was not mentioned that I would have to pay full price for the product if it was not returned in 2 weeks.
