We ordered a IPOD Touch on Jan.25/2013which they said would be delivered on 01/31/2013. They then changed it to 02/01/2013. I have been traceing this since 02/01/2013to no avail.

ordered and Billed on 01/25/2013.
It is now 02/04/2013 I have been tracing and trying to follow this shipment since 02/01/2013 and now they tell be to let Apple Know that I have contacted UPS and should
contact Apple for tracing from the shipper
