I called Sprint, Sprint sent me to "Apple", and a MyTechHelp rep sold me a $250 one year policy which would 'cover all of my Apple products'. I thought I was speaking to Apple. I wasted two hours on 2/1/13 and then another hour 2/2 before they admitted that they were not Apple. Three reps tried the same thing over and over again and did not solve the problem. I am calling Monday to get my money back or complain to the AG, Apple or whoever can relieve my problem -- and the problem is still not resolved.
