I've order a purse from justfab.com on October 5th. I knew I was signing up for a membership, however the site clearly states in it's FAQ and terms and conditions "You may cancel your JustFab VIP Membership at any time. There is absolutely no cancellation fee."
I've skipped the month a few time since, I forgot to skip one month in November or December and was charged $39.99. Ever since I've been trying to cancel my membership, since I'm no longer interested in their services or products, they are cheap and I don't like the styles. I've tried calling them several times on different days, to cancel my membership, but just can not get a hold of someone there. Their automated system puts me on hold and no one actually ever answers the phone.
I just want to cancel this membership and make sure they will no longer make unauthorized charges to my bank account.
