i ordered optima e-cig starter kit from optimacigs.com . the website said pay only for shipping and handling and the kit is free.
i received the kit, tried it.
after 15 days my credit card is charged an amount of 125.70$ , when i call the company they are saying, when i ordered the evaluation starter kit there was a fine print somewhere , which reads that i will be charged after 14 days.
this is cheating.
