My 85 year old mother got a cold call from PC Wizard and they were on the phone for several hours. She let him take over her computer to "clean" it and gave him her credit card number. She told my sister about it who was concerned and told her to cancel her credit card and get a new one. The PC Wizard person called back the next day, presumably because he couldn't use the credit card, and yelled at her about how much time he had taken with her. Warn your friends and family!
