My complaint is... i first ordered on sears web site. On there site it said buy 60 earn 10 in rewards. I got my items but no rewards here my items were split up some said kmart on them. I called. And they said it could take 30 days. The points should of came instant. I was transfered to sears they wouldnt answer why this happen i called back i was sent to rewards hotline. Sears would not help. On jan 27 i went to kmart my points said earn 5 spend 20 i voided purchase befor buying anything and left store. Now my 5 in points are gone for good they say due to activating and that it was a promotion not points that were mine even though it was exsclusive coupon. I ordered my kids dress at xmas. From sears box arrived ripped open in no bag im lucky it wasnt filthy.
