she called me also and from what i've read the exact same thing has happen they want answer the phone are a representative would say oh mama there was a mistake in the process your money would be on your card within 2 to 3 business days then when this passed i called back and they told me it was a delay and it would be 8 to 12 days once again this pass they told me they had the banks confused was it a national bank i responded yes then they said ok it would take another 8 to 12 days because of the storm i'm getting angry now so i ask her why do i have to steady wait on my money for almost a month now and it only took them 5 min. to take it out of my account so she told me it had to be processed so thinking ok i'll wait because when you have a problem in stores it does take 5 to 7 days for them to refund your money so no problem waited again then called back on the 15 day which was on a monday and they said o it will be in there this coming up friday so im like ok so if its not this time i need to speak to a manager response was ok no problem if not call back to speak to a manager no problem got played but never again been calling and can't get anyone i let phone play music one day from 7am to 9pm and recorder would tell me your call is very important to us and would be answered by the next available representative your estimated time is 15 seconds and the 15 sec end up being 14 hours i realize now it's a lost. so for anyone that gets the good sounding phone calls from my experience is just hang up are tell them to stop calling i will never give anymore info on phone again. this just taught me to have(BSNT)better sense next time. luckily i only gave them info to a barely open account i had that much sense. $2.99 membership fee then $59.99 for members a month SCAMMMMM!!!!!!!! please people read these blogs because this is very real and happened to real people to keep you and the next person from getting beat because this is what it is you giving away your money for NOTHING!!
