i received a gift card last july for my birthday from a friend ,when i went to sallys to use it they said it wasn't activated.but the cashier said it had to have been before my friend could have left the store.after calling customer service 3 times and the supervisior calling the last time they demanded a receipt before they would honor the card saying the #on the card was not in their system. this is not the 1 time they have had this problem at that store.
