I commend you for reporting this on scambook.com to recover some of your funds. The easiest way to go about this is to file a product complaint with paypal, paypal has steps in place to prevent fraudlent sales like these and they can refund you the amount you paid promptly, now if you are seeking damages for the company I have to say your in the right place. But to get your money back I suggest you contact paypal first, they have buyer protection for a reason :). I hope I helped some. -
