We applied and paid in full march 2012, we paid for the fingerprinting the self stamped envelopes the registered mail,
we were told it should be completed by Christmas, so about 4 months ago I started to phone because we have heard nothing at all since we did our part in the beginning of last year..they have not returned any of our calls which have been a few.
So on Friday Jan 25 2013 I called the governments pardons office and was informed that they have not even received the application, I was told they open the mail everyday and put your name and birth date into the system, just so when you do call they can tell you that yes they have received the application and also a progress report if any. Now another yr wasted almost 1000.00 spent on nothing also the job I was going for gone, also family vacations to the states not happing because of this company frauding me and now so many others!
What are our next steps that we should take they should not get away with this they are messing with people lives and lively hood here

- So our update is! i spoke to him feb 2013 he emailed me what i need to get the final steps ,my questions my references all that well we sent them via email in 1 month ago today, we have heard nothing at all, i have called about 2o times and also emailed and the final email was notice which a legal,requesting everything back including our funds and yet nothing. i gave him 2 week notice to make contact to have this back to me, i know its not gonna happen, and i have back in feb called him out about what I've read and his reviews and he assured me it was not true and we would get what we paid for, i did doubt it i think he is a fraud and needs to sued or something Im sick of this so much time has been wasted,for many of us and yet people are still using this company!! so i need to know what o can do and what is the other company i can call is it the upper law society I"m just not sure ! We are planning a xmas trip to the states I need this done ,So if anyone can advise me on my next step it would be greatly appreciated
