Like many others, i too was a taken for a ride by this company. I applied for pardon nearly 6 years ago and paid the "urgent rush fee" as well.
About 2 years after I started this application, they sent me an email saying I didn't qualify for a pardon till march 2016.
I haven't heard from them since...
Today I get a package in the mail, asking for another $631 to cover the PBC processing fee.
This company is by the far the worst I've encountered.
Anyone looking to get a pardon, trust me, you can do it yourself. No need to hire anyone.
If you absolutely want someone to do it for you, you're better off to hire a paralegal.
