bestjobmark.com hacked my server and sends me emails from myself. What can be done to stop this?

I get lots of the same emails, too. At one time, I was also receiving a lot of similar emails from usajobmark.com. Both of these domains, plus freeusajob.com, are registered to Fernando Zelmer of Leon, France.
I don't think he is hacking servers. He is just forging the headers using several email addresses of about a dozen Yahoo users. You have likely received some of these emails that appear to be sent by me, and I have likely received some that appear to be sent by you.
I set up a folder in Yahoo mail to receive only emails with bestjobmark.com and usajobmark.com in the email body, using filters. I forward each of these emails to [email protected], the U.S. agency that investigates spam. At the end of the week, I forward all of the emails in this folder I designated "junk" to Fernando at [email protected] (note that the "d" in Fernando is omitted in the address) with the subject "unsubscribe."
Lastly, I mark each message "spam" to bring them to Yahoo's attention. That is after I clear out the Spam folder so I don't have to sort through it before deleting everything at once.
If we work together taking these steps, hopefully we will see a resolution to this nonsense soon. -

- I forgot to mention, when you forward the emails to [email protected], be sure to display the full header in place of the abbreviated header. To do this, when you open the message, choose "view full header" from the Actions menu in the menubar of the email. Right click inside the box to select all and right click again to copy. Click on the "OK" button to close the box. Click on the arrow in the menu bar to forward the message. Delete the abbreviated header before pasting the full header in its place.
