I ordered a free 30 day supply for $4.95. I was unable to take the product because of certain other meds I am taking. Exactly 2 weeks later, I checked my account and a charge of $87.63 hit my account from greencoffeefatburn.com. I called them to stop the charge and was told that I agreed to it when I entered my card information and I should've cancelled within the 2 week period. To try to get to the site to check my account, there was no account sign in etc. The only way I could get to it was to find the email they sent with the original order and click a link from there. That took me to an invoice for $4.95 (my original order) but I noticed that expected delivery date was January 27, 2013. THIS COMPANY OPERATES BY MISLEADING INTERESTED PEOPLE AND THEN MANIPULATING THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE SO THAT ONE DOES NOT REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I thought I had bought a one month trial for $4.95 shipping (pills free) and then would re-order if I liked the product.

FIRST, I did realize I would automatically be charged for the full amount of a one month supply (I thought it was FREE - only pay shipping). SECOND: I would not order any product that is $87.63 a month - I cannot afford it.

I DID NOT GET A REFUND. I GOT NOTHING. This cost me $92. I asked if I could return the product and was told I could not.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are getting rich off people like me that are paying $90 for that first month - by being cheated! YOU GET NO SATISFACTION WHEN YOU CALL THEM TO WORK IT OUT!
