I, too ordered a sample of Green Coffee Fat Burn on line and agreed to pay shipping charges of $4.95 and when I received my Visa statement there was an additional charge from the same company on a later date for $67.83. I have called the company, however, it was a Saturday and they were closed so I will be calling again on Monday, hopefully someone will answer. I also called my credit card company but I do not know if they will dismiss the charges.
