I too was misreprented by this company, believing they were Apple Company. They did not state the were My Tech or if they did it wasn't made clear. I had called 1-877-506-7341 and spoke with someone who told me I needed a softwar maintenace plan to solve my issue. $297 payable in 3 installments and then I called 1-877-686-9789 for tech help. I received no email confirmation so I checked back with Apple.com (same ph# 877-506-7341) and discovered they've heard this company answer their lines as Apple but they have no association with Apple.com. I've canceled the charge but they won't remove $50 so that it'll cover their tech support.
