I originally contracted with Arif (who also calls himself Andy) of Felix Web Design on 13/11/12 for services which have not been provided and paid him in total the sum of £1623. They haven't provided what they said they would and their staff have swore at the top of their voice to me and have called me all names under the sun and have even threatened physical violence against me. Their staff have also used horrifying and atrocious language, the tone of which I have never heard before in my life , and would only expect to hear similar from violent hooligans living in some inner city slum or ghetto. They must be real low-class peasants from Brick Lane who have had no education. Their staff have also made death threats to me and have said that they are going to come to my house and kill me.


I am genuinely frightened by these crooks and I am in genuine fear for my life. I now feel frightened and nervous most of the time. I have been advised by Consumer Direct that this may be a criminal offence.
Either their staff behave like common football hooligans, or they are dangerous or violent people who are quite mad and who belong in a lunatic asylum. I also noticed that their staff kept changing their names all the time which seemed quite strange, and I can only conclude they are practising as professional fraudsters, or professional scam artists.


He goes by the name of Taff Raymond, but this is not his real name. His real name is an Arabic or Pakistani name - Israfil Isa Rahman. Also, he blacks out his image on his videos on YouTube so he cannot be easily identified by people. Stay away from this rogue company - they are professional crooks. They also claim to be full of hatred for white people.


Furthermore, they are terrible liars with no ethics or moral scruples - they are violent and crazy. They also seem to have psychopathic tendencies as they kept making death threats to me. Obviously, they are a bunch of crooks who are also dangerous or violent. They also told me that they are linked to Islamic Fundamentalists from Saudi Arabia . I believe this to be true as I know they are practising Moslems from Pakistan and have Al Jazeera as their home page on their office computer which I have seen during meetings with them.


They also claim in their general discussions to support Al-Qaeda and said that they hate white people and European people. Clearly, they must be anti-white and must also be reverse-racists. Moreover, they give false English names such as Taff Raymond or Andy and black out their images on YouTube so they cannot be identified. I believe that the manager's real name is Israfil Isa Rahman which is listed on their domain registration records and their emails.


Do you know Israfil Isa Rahman and have you heard any history of him as a con-man or crook? If they have done this to me, then they must have done this to other people when using different names.
They also black out their images on their videos on Youtube, so viewers can't see what they look like. I am also advised that a genuine web-site designer would not dream of using such appalling language to a client which only further convinces me that theirs must be an illegal scam company.


Their staff have made it clear to me in no uncertain terms that they are intent on providing me with no service and no account facilities. They have therefore failed to provide me any service and made it crystal clear that they have no intention of providing me with any service either. In total, I have paid them the sum of £1623 which they say they have no intention of returning to me. Clearly, they have obtained this money from me by deception.

Just read the terms and conditions on the Felix Web Design web-site and you will smell a rat. I personally have investigated this company and have evidence which proves Israfil Isa Rahman and other Felix staff members have criminal convictions for fraud and a police record for obtaining money by deception. They are clearly professional fraudsters operating in the guise of a respectable and registered company. I have published this review because I want the truth to be known about them. They have only just set up as a company in September 2011. Already, I have heard from several other clients of Felix Web Design and Israfil Isa Rahman who is their manager that they are nothing more than a low-class gang of common crooks from an inner-city ghetto or slum in Brick Lane. These people are bad and wicked in their sales practices and behaviour to clients. I also heard from another client that they targeted him because he was vulnerable and an old age pensioner. They victimised him and deceived him into paying money which he shouldn't have paid them. They managed to empty him of his entire life savings so he had not a penny left. Even then, they refused him any services. This business is completely dishonest and grossly unethical in their sales practices. I hope that you are not the new victim of these rogues.
