I ordered a bookcase in Aug. have had numerous emails, excuses, promises. Even promised to have it delivered by Christmas for my 10 year old. now they are not responding to emails. they have several other disappointed customers who have purchased framed chalk boards, etc. I would like my money back so I can get my daughter another Christmas present elsewhere.
