Online "free trial" scam for probiotic cleanse product Zymbiotrix. SCAM! I tried to cancel same day. They charged me an addition $15, which they are denying. And said they will charge $99 if continues. However it is clearly on my bank statement. Please Beware!

- I had the same question but that $15 you refer to is not a charge, it's a pre-authorization that verifies the credit card is authentic. Most people won't see it on their statement but some do. It's very common for online sales and purchases. Reality is they are protecting you and your identity by pre-authorizing your card. If your card had been stolen they would have been notified along with your bank so they are actually doing you a favor.
