Same thing. I bought a women's north face jacket that ended up too small in the hood very fake. I didn't know the order went through, had no confirmation this whole thing is very upsetting. I hate getting ripped off. This was supposed to be a present for my wife for Christmas. Not sure who can track these guys down but I hope someone does and makes them pay.
