I have been trying to use SolidTrustPay but always encounter an issue. I can understand a short delay but they have already charged my card (transaction id 273782919)and according to their website those funds should be available instantly. Its going to be a week now and the transaction is still pending. I have also opened support ticket (442060), but no response. I've tried to call their customer service number but it is always busy. The live chat does not work either. I am beginning to think they are just a scam and that I have lost those 45 dollars. Hopefully I will be as lucky as others who have voiced their complaints here and have gotten results.
