This company is completely BOGUS!! DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM! First of all, you are promised (not an Android Tablet like some others have said) a coupon book full of valuable coupons, but also a $50 Wal Mart gift card, all for $16.99/mo. My sweet, dear-hearted husband thought the online offer was a good idea bless his heart! When he spoke to a live person, and wasn't completely indulged yet, they bumped the offer up to a $100 gift card! WHOO! lol Christmas, here we come!! Well...As of 01/08/2013 (2 MONTHS LATER!!) we had NO coupon book and NO GIFT CARD! Surprise surprise!! When he called to cancel, he got a Middle Eastern man on the phone who was completely PUSHY and wouldn't accept it when he said I have received no services from you and I want to cancel. I was in the background the whole time saying that American companies do not act like this, and when you want something canceled it just HAPPENS! After 10 minutes of arguing, he had to threaten the BBB to get the guy to accept the fact that we were DONE! OF COURSE that's when he gave up!! We contacted our bank, told them what was going on, and immediately got a refund and they will no longer be allowed to take money from our account. UNBELIEVABLE!! There is NO WAY this company is in INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA!! More like somewhere in INDIA!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
